Great fact. There are in fact tribes in that part oif world named "Taraumara" who are super runner. You know they hunt a deer! They run after a deer. When deer gets tired, they pick it up and run back home... These tribes can run 100+ miles in one stretch. There is a whole book about them "Born To Run". Amazing kids are kides such exposure....
